Positive Intelligence (PQ) is a measure of how well your mind acts in your best interest. It assesses the relative strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage) versus the negative (Saboteurs) in your brain. By developing your PQ, you can learn to recognize and weaken the Saboteurs that limit your performance and happiness while strengthening your Sage powers to unlock your full potential.

Activating Sage: You'll discover how to activate your Sage powers, which include empathy, curiosity, creativity, and innovation, to navigate challenges and make wise decisions.

 

Improving Resilience: Positive Intelligence training can help you build resilience to stress, setbacks, and negative emotions by training your brain to respond more effectively to life's challenges.
