In this talk, you will learn what is hypnosis and how it works.
Shirly Gilad will guide you through a hypnotic journey to cultivate happiness and teach you self-hypnosis as a tool for taking charge of the mind. Shirly Gilad is holistic practitioner and the owner of Integrative Hypnotherapy and the Holistic Center of Boca Raton. She holds multiple graduate degrees in several disciplines both traditional and alternative. Shirly uses clinical hypnotherapy, mindfulness practices, nutrition education and homeopathic medicine to help her clients achieve an optimal state of wellbeing.
