This Month's Lunch will feature the amazing Susan Joyce Proctor, founder and CEO of Get Your Juicy Back Susan Joyce Proctor, DAy will be making a presentation to the Conscious Co-op about natural hormone balance for both men and women, as well as sharing the valuable Ayurvedic wisdom that led her to understanding how to lead all of us in "getting our juicy back!"
Susan Joyce Proctor is a Practitioner, Coach, Speaker, Author and proud Baby Boomer, whose passion is supporting other women in aligning with their highest potential for balance, wellbeing and empowerment.
In the face of a personal history with hormone and weight challenges, Susan has learned to design a balancing wellness lifestyle and a deliciously healing relationship with food -- and is excited about supporting women on their own journeys.
Susan has further integrated these disciplines with deep intuitive and metaphysical work. She practiced yoga and meditation since 1987, studied with many spiritual teachers, and regularly seeks the guidance of the Tarot. She truly embraces the wellness wisdom she shares with others., and as one client has observed, "Susan doesn't only walk her talk, she celebrates it!"
