There comes a point where change stops feeling optional.
Then it arrives suddenly. through small realizations, discomfort, moments where something that once felt aligned begins to feel… off. You keep showing up, you keep doing what you’ve always done, yet something inside you starts asking for more. More clarity and more intention.
I’ve been in that space.
From the outside, things can look like they’re working. There are projects, conversations, growth, and movement. Yet internally, there’s a deeper question forming: Is this aligned with where I’m going, or just where I’ve been?
That question changes everything.
For a long time, I led from my heart, and I still do. That will always be the foundation. I care deeply about people, about connection, about creating spaces where people are seen and supported. That part of me has built so much of what exists today, from the relationships, to self-help books, to an anthology book “The Grass Grows Where I Am” which has 18 voices that came together to share real stories from setback to come back. I created The World Healing Tour events to bring the community together and create authentic life-changing connections.
Then something changed.
I started to see that leading from the heart also requires structure, direction, and clarity. It requires making decisions that also honor my energy, my growth, my time.
Because when everything feels open, it can also become unclear. And clarity… creates movement.
Navigating change, for me, has looked like simplifying. Asking harder questions. Letting go of directions that felt good yet led nowhere. Choosing depth over breadth. Choosing intention over constant motion.
There’s also a different kind of responsibility that comes with growth. When you begin to understand your value, you begin to see where your energy has been going. You notice where you’ve been giving without direction, creating without structure, and showing up without a clear path forward.
That awareness invites changes into building something that sustains…not only others, but yourself as well.
I see this same transition happening in the spaces I’ve created.
The World Healing Tour has always been about connection, reflection, and community. People come together, share openly, and experience something meaningful. That essence remains. Yet now, there’s a deeper intention behind it. A clearer direction. A stronger foundation for long-term success.
It brings together voices, conversations, and moments that reflect real-life growth, uncertainty, courage, choice, and healing.
That’s where I feel the direction shifting. From creating events to creating experiences…with purpose. From doing more… to doing what matters. From giving endlessly… to giving with clarity.
Changes like these have shaped how I lead, how I show up, and how I choose to move forward now.
Standing in between what has worked and what is asking to be built next. Feeling the pull to grow, while also learning how to pull back and plan my next steps. There's clarity and strength in that space.
Change isn’t about having everything figured out but about listening closely enough to recognize when it’s time to evolve, and trusting yourself enough to follow through.
That’s what this season represents.
A return to intention with a deeper level of clarity. A return to a commitment to building something that reflects both heart and direction.
And when those two come together. Everything begins to feel more aligned.
